| We're
calling for restraint!
We'll
let them kill you day and night.
Then ask you for
restraint.
Restrain
yourself until the end.
It may relieve your
pain.
But
don't rule out the gentler ways:
like sending nice
bouquets
to those who blow
you into bits
with our tanks and
planes.
And
when you can restrain no more
then maybe, for
a change,
you can say something
really strong
and give them the
excuse
to kill your children
and your men
and demolish your
homes.
That
if they do we will speak out
and never mince
our words
will say it clear
and have no fear:
"Both sides should
share the blame."
Then
we can all just start again
the cycle of
"Restraint".
